All prices shown within this website
are in Pounds Sterling GB, prices are inclusive of UK
VAT at the present rate of 17.5% where it is appropriate.
All
prices shown are for individual products and exclude
the cost for postage and packaging.
Payments
Credit card payments are required
to be made through our secure online Paypal account,
for these terms and conditions please log on to Paypal.
We also accept Paypal payments through this site.
Cheque's are acceptable, but construction
and/or postage of goods will only proceed once the cheque
as been cleared through our bank.
Refunds
A refund will be issued for goods
that are returned to us in their original condition
within a 28 day period. The refund will exclude any
costs incurred by us for the Postage and Packaging of
these original goods.
Goods that are incorrectly shipped
will be refunded in full.
Shipping
Goods
will be shipped Worldwide and to Europe using surface
mail for large heavy items and airmail for small lighter
items.
Goods
shipped within the UK and Eire will be shipped using surface
mail.
We
will send out notification of shipping upon receipt of
a order and the price for posting the order which is calculated
by the weight of the final order, see Postage.
All shipping is calculated from Lancashire, UK.
Arrangement
for personal collection of goods can be made with us.
Construction
Time
The
standard construction time for MIST terrain tiles is 6
to 10 weeks, all MIST terrain tiles are bespoke and made
from scratch upon receiving the order.
A
estimated construction time will be given at the outset
and an ongoing progress report will be sent at regular
intervals.
